Customer Reviews
Value for money on a pedal bike
I was looking for a good deal on a 16 inch pedal bike for my nephew's birthday. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10% off code, which helped a lot. The bike shipped free, which was nice since those costs add up. It got here in about 6 business days, which is standard. The bike feels sturdy for the price I paid, definitely better than some I saw in local stores. He loves the streamers I added on too. Felt like I got good value for my money.
Decent balance bike, slow shipping
I bought a balance bike for my daughter. The bike itself is well-made and fairly lightweight, which was a big plus for a toddler. She picked it up quickly. I had an issue with the shipping though; it took over a week to arrive in California, and tracking updates were sparse for a few days. Customer service was helpful when I called, they looked into it for me. I think they could improve the shipping speed and communication, but overall, it was a good purchase for the price.
Good kids mountain bike
I ordered a kids mountain bike for my son. It arrived in about four days, which was fine. Assembly was straightforward. The quality seems solid enough for a child's bike. He really likes it.

Thinking of getting a Strider from here, but also looking at Woom bikes. Anyone have experience with both from Tikes Bikes or know which one is generally better for a 2-year-old just starting out?
Can you stack coupon codes on their site? Got a newsletter sign-up deal but also saw a seasonal clearance code.
What's the return policy like if the bike doesn't fit? Pretty nervous about ordering online without my kid trying it out.
Hey guys, thinking of getting a balance bike for my nephew. How long does shipping usually take to, like, Phoenix, AZ? Need it before his birthday next month.
What's the deal with their bike sizes? My kid is 4, but really tall for her age. Should I just go by age or measure her inseam?
